AVONDALE, La. — Up-and-coming 206 and KA racer Hudson Brown joined Lowkey Racing for the first time Dec. 8-10 to compete at the Cup Karts North America Winter Nationals at NOLA Motorsports Park, one of the four CKNA “majors” along with the Spring, Summer and Grand Nationals.

Brown was super impressive in his first race with Lowkey and on a Sodi Sigma RS3 chassis.

The Maryland driver would score an impressive win over several top national drivers in the Senior Light final, one of the largest and most competitive classes at the Winter Nationals with 30 entries. Before winning the final, Brown qualified P5 and recorded finishes of P2 and P1 in the two heat races for the best average finish of any driver in the Light field.
